Ignited Force Gym was founded with a simple belief: strength training should be approachable, empowering, and available to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or background.

Located in the heart of Baton Rouge at 15735 Florida Boulevard, we're a boutique functional fitness gym built around community, accountability, and results. Our membership is predominantly women between the ages of 28–55, and our programming reflects that, smart, progressive strength training designed for real bodies and real lives.

We specialize in functional fitness and offer a full lineup of group classes including structured strength splits, conditioning, spin, bootcamp, and kickboxing. We're also proud to be one of the few HYROX-affiliated training gyms in the Greater Baton Rouge area, giving our members access to world-class endurance and race preparation programming.
